Marketing Coordinator

Pedal & Shift is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on production role focused on executing day-to-day marketing and communications work both for Pedal & Shift itself and for our diverse portfolio of clients. Working across an array of marketing mediums—including digital platforms, print materials, press releases, and event collateral—the Coordinator ensures all deliverables meet the high-quality, professional work our clients expect.

The Marketing Coordinator handles day-to-day content production, updates web and CMS platforms, coordinates creative assets with designers, and supports event marketing logistics. The ideal candidate is a strong, adaptable writer who balances creative ideas with solid organizational skills, managing multiple deadlines and distinct brand systems at the same time.
