Senior Implementation Consultant

We are based in St. John’s, NL, operate across Canada and internationally, and are scaling our team as client demand accelerates.

Position Overview

This is a senior delivery role. You will independently lead complex enterprise implementations, handle demanding clients, and set the bar for how implementation is done at NetBenefit.

Key responsibilities include:

· Lead end-to-end software implementations for enterprise clients with minimal oversight

· Act as implementation project manager handling timeline, risks, scope, etc.

· Configure the NetBenefit platform to client requirements and industry context

· Train client users and administrators

· Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

· Produce clear documentation of configurations, decisions, and client-specific workflows

· Help define and improve NetBenefit’s implementation standards and practices

Skills & Qualifications

· 5+ years delivering enterprise software implementations

· Proven ability to run complex projects independently

· Strong client presence. You can build confidence and manage conflict

· Comfortable saying no when required to protect outcomes

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable

· Able to juggle multiple implementations without quality slipping

· Experience mentoring or managing people is a plus

Compensation

· Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

· Performance-based Personal and Company Bonus Structure
