Triware Technologies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to help grow our IT services. Responsibilities:

Opportunity Engagement

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Triware’s IT services.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and consulting teams, including our Technical Solutions Specialist, Senior Strategic Advisor, and Account Managers, to design solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Assist in the estimation of scope, time, and effort for client engagements.
  • Manage engagement risk and ensure successful delivery of services.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and recommending appropriate Triware solutions.
  • Advise clients on business process improvements and technology strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.

Market & Strategy

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Contribute to refining Triware’s go-to-market strategy for services.
  • Support the development of sales tools, artifacts, and methods for consistent engagement delivery.

Qualifications/Education Requirements:

  • Completion (within the past two years) of a minimum one-year post-secondary or skills-training program at a recognized NL institution (e.g., MUN, CNA, Keyin College, Get Building, etc.).
  • Ability to work full-time in Newfoundland and Labrador starting January 2026.
  • Legally entitled to work full-time in Newfoundland and Labrador.
  • Not currently enrolled as a full-time student.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and business software applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to align technology solutions with business needs and outcomes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills.
