Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is curious, coachable, and organized, with a genuine interest in understanding the
broader context behind customer questions, challenges, and buying decisions. We’re looking for
someone comfortable working within longer decision-making cycles. This is a thoughtful, relationship-focused role, not a high-pressure sales environment.

You should be comfortable with both inbound and outbound phone and email communication, and be able to engage professionally with prospective buyers across an extended evaluation process. As a small team, we value adaptability.

The right person is comfortable with shifting priorities, willing to pitch in where needed, and genuinely motivated to keep learning and growing within the role.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support lead development and prospective customer engagement through outbound and inbound communication activities.
  • Assist with product demonstrations and software trial processes.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and keep them engaged throughout evaluation and decision-making processes.
  • Document customer needs and feedback to support product improvement.
    Maintain CRM records and updates.
Work independently and collaboratively within a small team.

Desirable Assets:

  • Diploma or degree in business, marketing, communications, technology, or a related field.
Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, retail, fundraising, hospitality, or
    sales.
Familiarity with CRM or other business software is an asset.
Comfortable communicating clearly in writing and over the phone with professional contacts.

Eligibility: Candidate must be able to satisfy the following:

  • Ability to work full-time in Newfoundland and Labrador starting August 2026.
Legally entitled to work full-time in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Completion (within the past two years) of a minimum one-year post-secondary or skills-
training program at a recognized NL institution (e.g., MUN, CNA, Keyin College, Get
    Building, etc.).
Not currently enrolled as a full-time student.

This position is funded through the Graduate Transition Initiative, delivered by techNL and the Department of Jobs, Growth and Rural Development. The initiative provides support to eligible companies that hire recent graduates into software development and tech sales roles, providing meaningful early-career experience while supporting long-term growth in Newfoundland and Labrador’s tech sector.
