Start Your Career in Technical B2B Sales

We’re looking for a Junior B2B Sales Representative to join our Sales Team through the Graduate Transition Initiative. At SubC Imaging, you won’t spend your first year making cold calls from a script. You’ll work alongside an experienced Sales Manager and collaborative team to learn technical solution selling, build relationships with customers around the world, and help organizations solve complex underwater imaging challenges.

From your first weeks, you’ll participate in prospecting, discovery conversations, and lead management while learning how to communicate the value of SubC Imaging’s solutions. As your skills and confidence grow, you’ll take increasing ownership of your sales pipeline and build meaningful, long-term customer relationships. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a customer succeed because of a solution you helped deliver. Whether it’s helping reduce project costs, improve operational efficiency, or solve a complex underwater imaging challenge, you’ll play an important role in connecting customers with technology that helps them achieve their goals.

What You’ll Experience

As part of our Sales Team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • ● Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.
    ● Learn consultative solution selling and communicate the value of SubC Imaging’s technologies.
    ● Participate in discovery conversations to understand customer goals, challenges, and technical requirements.
    ● Build relationships with customers while working alongside experienced sales professionals.
    ● Collaborate with Engineering, Software, and Operations to develop customer-focused solutions.
    ● Gain experience across the full B2B sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development and opportunity management.
    ● Develop the skills and confidence to progressively take ownership of your sales pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is curious, motivated, personable, and excited to begin a career in technical B2B sales.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • ● A diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
    ● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    ● Initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
    ● Strong organizational and time management skills.
    ● The confidence to ask thoughtful questions and engage in meaningful conversations.
    ● An interest in technology and helping customers solve real-world challenges.

    Experience with CRM software, business development, customer service, internships, co-op placements, technical industries, or AI-assisted productivity tools would be considered an asset.

Program Statement

This position is funded through the Graduate Transition Initiative, delivered by techNL and the Department of Jobs, Growth and Rural Development. The initiative provides support to eligible companies that hire recent graduates into software development and tech sales roles, providing meaningful early-career experience while supporting long-term growth in Newfoundland and Labrador’s tech sector.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must:

  • ● Be able to work full-time in Newfoundland and Labrador starting August 2026.
    ● Be legally entitled to work full-time in Newfoundland and Labrador.
    ● Have completed, within the past two years, a minimum one-year post-secondary or skills-training program at a recognized Newfoundland and Labrador institution (e.g., Memorial University, College of the North Atlantic, Keyin College, Get Building, or another recognized institution).
    ● Not currently be enrolled as a full-time student.
