This position is ideal for a developer with several years of experience possessing strong leadership and problem-solving skills as well as experience providing mentorship and reviewing code to help teach and set best practices.
Tasks & Duties:
* Participate in the development of full-stack software applications
* Work to define requirements and develop solutions in an agile environment
* Provide mentorship to team members
* Ensure best practices are established and followed within the team
* Conduct code reviews
* Develop and test scripts to work with large volumes of data
* Test and document software components
* Work with a cross-functional team to understand customer needs and translate into product features
* Support users in resolving technical issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Full-stack development experience, especially with React and Node.js
* Experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases
* Experience leading dev teams in an AGILE development environment
* Experience performing code reviews to ensure best practices are followed
* Ability to pick up new concepts quickly
* Familiarity with the Material UI framework and UX concepts
* Experience working with a team remotely is a plus
* Experience with PowerBI would be a nice-to-have
* DevOps skills are a bonus
Compensation:
* $85,000 – $105,000 Base Salary
