About the Role 

Vision33 is hiring an Associate IT Administrator, SAP Cloud, to support the stability, security, and performance of SAP environments for our external clients. This hands-on role focuses on SAP system administration, access management, monitoring, and operational support, ensuring client systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with best practices.

You will work closely with Vision33 consultants, project teams, and customer stakeholders to support SAP systems across development, testing, and production environments. This role is well suited to someone early in their SAP administration career who is looking to grow their skills in a cloud-first SAP landscape while contributing to successful client implementations and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities: 

• Support SAP related support triage through Zendesk by reviewing, prioritizing, and routing requests with guidance from senior team members.
• Assist in directing support tickets to the appropriate business function, SAP module, or technical team based on defined criteria.
• Perform routine SAP system administration and monitoring to maintain system stability, performance, and availability, across environments.
• Support new project initiations by supporting SAP administrative setup activities during the first days of each engagement, working closely with customers and senior team members.
• Assist with customer onboarding by helping explain system purpose, SAP landscape structure, and environment usage. Create and maintain SAP users, roles, and access for customers and internal delivery teams in accordance with established security policies.
• Provision new SAP tenants and environments as required for projects.
• Assist with UAT system setups to ensure environments are secure and aligned with project and testing requirements.
• Complete landscape handover at the end of implementation projects and transition to support.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in SAP system administration support role or IT administration role.
• Hands on experience supporting SAP environments, including user management, transports, and basic system monitoring.
• Exposure to or knowledge of SAP S 4HANA environments and cloud-based deployments, is an asset.
• Foundational understanding of SAP Basis concepts and administration best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or infrastructure (experience can be academic or on-the-job).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Detail-oriented with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, ask questions, and grow both technical and customer-facing skills, while taking accountability for results. Commitment to delivering reliable systems and a positive client and internal team experience.
