techNL Mentorship Program
Mentorship Program
Build connections. Navigate NL tech.
Overview
The techNL Mentorship Program is designed to strengthen Newfoundland and Labrador’s growing tech ecosystem by building meaningful connections between emerging and established professionals.
This six-month program connects career-ready individuals, including recent graduates, newcomers, and members of equity-deserving groups, with experienced mentors from across NL’s tech sector. Participants receive structured guidance, goal-setting support, and access to career development resources — all designed to help mentees grow, learn, and thrive in their tech careers.
Through this program, techNL is creating an inclusive community where knowledge sharing and mentorship lead to confident professionals, and a more connected tech workforce. Whether you’re taking your first steps in tech or looking to give back by mentoring others, this program offers a unique opportunity to learn, lead, and grow together.
*This program aims to provide opportunities for historically under-represented groups in tech including women and gender-diverse individuals, racialized minorities, members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, persons with disabilities, Aboriginal and/or Indigenous persons, and Francophones.
