We are a small software company in St. John’s. We help organizations measure and improve the positive impact that they have on the world. Our software is used by some of the largest companies in the world and most of the major projects locally.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time in Newfoundland and Labrador starting January 2026.
- Legally entitled to work full-time in Newfoundland and Labrador.
- Completion (within the past two years) of a minimum one-year post-secondary or skills-training program at a recognized NL institution (e.g., MUN, CNA, Keyin College, Get Building, etc.).
- Not currently enrolled as a full-time student.
Tasks & Duties:
- Participate in the development of full-stack software applications
- Work to understand requirements and develop solutions
- Design and implement features independently with support from the team
- Test and document software components
- Support users in resolving technical issues
- Speak up when you see potential areas for company improvement
Position Requirements:
- Be motivated and come to work with a growth mindset

- Be able to speak up and ask questions when you aren’t clear on something
- Have extended experience in software development through formal or in-formal training

Program Statement: This position is funded through the Graduate Transition Initiative, delivered by TechNL and the Department of Jobs, Growth and Rural Development. The initiative provides support to eligible companies that hire recent graduates into software development and tech sales roles, providing meaningful early-career experience while supporting long-term growth in Newfoundland and Labrador’s tech sector.
