Position Overview:
As our Growth Associate – Content & Community, you’ll help more people discover who we are, what we do, and
why it matters. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer teams to:

• Create Great Content
  • Write short-form content for LinkedIn and our website
  • Help draft blogs, customer stories, and newsletters
  • Turn technical ideas into content that’s easy to understand
• Engage with our Community
  • Join industry conversations and highlight relevant topics
  • Help grow our following by being active and authentic online
  • Support events both virtual and in-person
• Help Us Improve
  • Look at what’s working (and what’s not) and share ideas to improve our content
  • Keep an eye on trends and tools that could make us better
  • Test new ways to connect with our audience and track results

  • Strong written communication: You can write clearly and confidently across different
    formats, from social posts to blog drafts and internal updates.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: You stay on top of content calendars, deadlines, and
    the small details that make content and community efforts feel polished.
  • Proactive and self-motivated: You take initiative, follow through without being asked,
    and are comfortable working independently.
  • Curious and quick to learn: You’re eager to collaborate, explore new ideas, tools, and
    industries, and can pick things up quickly even if they’re new to you.
• Additional Requirements
  • Educational Background: Recent graduate (within the last 2 years) with a degree in
    Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is
    an asset, but not required. We value clear thinkers, strong writers, and people who are
    excited to learn and grow.
  • Ability to Travel: Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time, primarily within North
    America. A valid passport is required.

• Increase the number of marketing qualified leads
• Improve engagement across socials and website
• Growth in subscribers, event participation and meaningful industry community interactions

• Consistent content publishing and improvements in post-performance over time
