We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing PolyUnity’s customer success department. You will work with our valued client healthcare organizations to onboard and scale PolyUnity’s solutions to deliver value and improve patient outcomes.
The Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in developing and managing PolyUnity’s customer success function. This individual will be responsible for developing a comprehensive solution onboarding playbook, creating standardized workflow processes, conducting technical and data analysis, and overseeing the customer success team to ensure exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer success and a strong background in the healthcare industry.

Location: St. John’s, NL
Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with flextime
Work Model: In-office
