We are looking for a Business Analyst with a digital mindset, and a desire to help project driven organizations improve their project execution capabilities through innovative software tools and work processes.

You will be working in a collaborative project environment implementing, configuring, and supporting our customers with our fully integrated Project and Asset Management system Omega 365.

Omega 365 is a modern and industry leading, ISO certified, and cloud native technology that drives critical processes in organizations and projects. Our clients range from oil and gas, energy, renewables, IT, mining, construction, infrastructure, and healthcare.

Responsibilities

– Analyzing and evaluating the current project management business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement

– Become a Subject Matter Expert on our Omega 365 software tools and work processes to be able to help companies successfully execute their projects

– Presenting projects, products, ideas, and findings in meetings

– Producing training materials and perform training

– Lead technical staff with implementation needs, including process clarifications, test case preparation and execution, when necessary

– Creating initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs

– Lead Omega 365 software implementations

– Organize and participate in events, webinars, training sessions, and workshops to educate both current and potential clients about our software and services offerings

– Stay updated on the features, benefits, and potential applications of our cloud software products

– Ensure that clients’ needs are being met and that they are satisfied with our software solutions and services provided

– Identify opportunities for new products or enhancements based on client demand

– Participate and lead other initiatives as directed by your manager

– Inform your manager of any potential problems, disputes or issues that may impact the customer’s perception of success, the Company’s reputation, or the Company’s ability to meet its objectives.

Qualifications Required

– Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, construction management, business administration or related field

– 2-5 years of relevant working experience

– PMP certification desired

– Excellent computer and analytical skills

– Excellent English communication skills

– Highly organized and self driven
