Position Overview:
As our Client Partner, you’ll lead the onboarding and delivery of our platform for new and existing clients, driving successful outcomes through clear planning, strong relationships, and continuous improvement.
Your core focus areas will include:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, building trust and ensuring seamless communication.
· Lead client software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, timeline, and deliverables.
· Align with clients on business objectives and spot opportunities to expand or grow accounts.
· Partner with internal teams to gain deep expertise in NetBenefit’s product and translate that into client success.
· Relay client insights and feedback to our product and development department teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills & Qualifications
· 3+ years in client‑facing roles with hands‑on project management experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
· Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and build rapport with clients.
· Detail‑oriented and accountable, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
· Educational background in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field is a plus—but real‑world client‑facing experience matters most.
· Industry experience in resource development, stakeholder engagement, socioeconomic impact is a plus.
· Experience mentoring or managing people is a plus.
Success Metrics:
· On-time, well-managed platform implementations and delivery.
· Positive feedback from clients and teammates on communication, leadership, and follow-through.
· Meet or exceed goals for account growth, retention, and user adoption.
Compensation:
· OTE: $85,000 – $110,000+ (This includes base salary plus performance bonus tied to project delivery and company growth.)
