We are currently expanding our team and we are looking for a well-rounded multifaceted applicant with experience in Business Operations and Finance. Our multi-disciplinary team works in-person at our St. John’s office as well as remotely from home-based offices, so the selected candidate will need to have good communication, organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Principal Responsibilities:

·         Working with leadership to manage day-to-day business operations and administration tasks.

·         Working with existing Excel files and generating new spreadsheets to manage financial projections and ongoing bookkeeping tasks. Depending on experience, lead development of additional financial documentation.

·         Communicating and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to develop proposals for various funding opportunities and prepare updates for stakeholders.

·         Tracking and analyzing data to determine efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

·         Preparing and organizing documentation for our Quality Management System (ISO 13485)

·         Preparing and reviewing presentations as required.

·         You will have a chance to contribute to other tasks and areas of the company based on your experience and career interests.


·         Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce, Finance/Accounting, or related field

·         3+ years of relevant work experience

·         Experience working with MS Office, proficiency in Excel

·         Experience working in a start-up environment

·         Experience working within a quality management system and regulated industry
