What We Seek
This position will work with the Sales Operations and Sales Management Teams to support sales planning, analysis and streamline systems and processes throughout the organization to drive sales team efficiency and productivity. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, extreme attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Implement and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce and assist sales reps and leaders with Salesforce reporting data
Organize data and generate insights to enhance sales productivity
Ensure sales process adoption and compliance
Provide high-level and high-quality sales operations support to the sales team
Maintain clean data throughout all sales systems, especially Salesforce
Assist the Sales Operations Manager and Vice President of Sales Operations with ad hoc projects and data reporting
Identify and develop internal and external improvements throughout the sales process
Coordinate and project manage Sales Operations projects
Train and support colleagues on implementation of new processes and tools
Some business-related travel may be required
Performs other duties as assigned or apparent
What Should Be In Your Bookbag
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or related field
One (1) to two (2) years of experience in Sales Operations, Operations, Sales or similar role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills
Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel including ability to build reports and dashboards in Salesforce
Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams from different areas
Self-directed and strong project management skills
Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented and collaborative environment
Efficient at time management and setting priorities
Some business-related travel may be required
Perform other duties as assigned or apparent
