As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Professional to join our team! Role Overview
As part of our sales team, you’ll help shape the future of holographic technology. Your role will focus on developing new prospects and connecting with existing customers to generate leads for our cutting-edge holographic displays. You’ll work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our displays can exceed those expectations.
This position is based in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, and will require significant travel both in Canada and internationally.
A Day In The Life…
- Collaborating with potential customers to determine how our holographic displays meet their unique needs.
- Identifying customer challenges and product concerns and turning them into opportunities to create product value.
- Partnering with the sales and marketing team to attract new customers while maintaining strong relationships with current ones.
- Representing Avalon at international and domestic events to showcase our technology and build product awareness.
- The primary focus will be working on Industrial Technology Benefits (ITBs) and Primes.
What Will Help You Be Successful…
- A bachelor’s degree in business (or equivalent) and experience in start-up technology sales is highly valued.
- A relationship-driven approach to sales, with a focus on understanding customer needs and creating value through genuine connections, fostering trust in every interaction.
- Strong creative thinking and decision-making skills.
- A technical background is an asset.
- Ability to travel extensively to trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings, site visits.
- The ability to blend savvy sales skills with strategic marketing to target key customers effectively.
