Energy Research & Innovation Newfoundland and Labrador

Energy Research & Innovation Newfoundland & Labrador is a not-for-profit organization that identifies collaborative research, development and demonstration (RD&D) opportunities and facilitates projects on behalf of Newfoundland and Labrador’s offshore oil and gas industry.

With safety as the foundation of our industry and the work we do, Energy Research & Innovation directs RD&D to support the offshore industry’s sustainability through technology development and innovation.

Find Your Future in Tech (FYFIT)

Find Your Future in Tech is an education, awareness, and recruitment program administered by techNL and funded in part by the Government of Canada’s Sectoral Workforce Solutions Program.

Individuals and businesses can apply for fully-funded seats in select training or upskilling programs — gaining valuable tech skills, at no cost to you.

GRi Simulations Inc.

GRi Simulations Inc. is a Canadian company focused on real-time high-fidelity simulation, modeling and visualization solutions to support increased process efficiency and operational safety in critical marine activities. Women in Resource Development Corporation (WRDC)

Created in 1997, Women in Resource Development Corporation (WRDC) is a provincial non-profit organization committed to increasing women’s participation in trades and technology..

With private and public funding, WRDC offers a variety of programs and services to address the challenges surrounding the attraction, recruitment, retention and advancement of women in these sectors.

Successfully increasing the participation of women in these fields requires a comprehensive “lifecycle” approach, supporting women at all points in the career cycle. Our charitable arm, the Educational Resource Centre (ERC), was created in 2002, to provide hands-on learning and career exploration opportunities for younger women and girls in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) as well as skilled trades.
