PolyUnity Tech is translating its experience in healthcare to support organizations in highly regulated environments with flexible, local, additive manufacturing.

PolyUnity is advancing how organizations access and apply additive manufacturing, offering a comprehensive Manufacturing-as-a-Service solution to a diverse client base. Through a combination of design expertise, local production capabilities, and a robust digital inventory of 3D printable products, the company delivers flexible, responsive solutions. Its robust Quality Management System further distinguishes PolyUnity, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and manage risk with confidence.

While the company has built deep expertise in healthcare, supporting large public organizations with critical solutions, its capabilities extend well beyond a single sector. By enabling local manufacturing, PolyUnity helps businesses improve efficiency, strengthen supply chains, and reduce reliance on external production, an increasingly important advantage in uncertain economic conditions.

This focus on reliability and adaptability is especially relevant as companies face rising costs and potential disruptions. PolyUnity’s approach demonstrates how advanced manufacturing technologies can empower organizations to produce high-quality parts and products locally, often exceeding expectations around what is possible.

Since 2018, PolyUnity has been an active part of the St. John’s tech community. With leadership that includes Jacqueline Lee, former Chair of the techNL Board of Directors, the company places strong emphasis on supporting local businesses and fostering meaningful relationships. Their experience shows that collaboration within the province creates both business value and a sense of shared purpose, reflected in successful engagements with fellow techNL members including Fonemed, Veristart, Polyamyna, and eDNA Tech.

A significant milestone in PolyUnity’s journey was the move into its downtown St. John’s office in 2025. More than a physical expansion, it marked a deeper commitment to accessibility and engagement, positioning the company at the heart of the community it serves.

Today, PolyUnity is expanding its focus to support techNL members across all industries. From product design and prototyping to full production runs of 3D printable components, the team is ready to collaborate with local companies looking to innovate and grow.

Rooted in Newfoundland and Labrador, PolyUnity is leveraging its healthcare-honed expertise to deliver impact across sectors, demonstrating how local innovation can strengthen businesses and contribute to a more resilient, connected tech ecosystem.
