Advisor, Business Transformation & Digital Strategy
As a member of our Consulting Services group, the Advisor, Business Transformation & Digital Strategy works closely with Triware business leaders, end users, IT analysts, and project leads to define business requirements, deliverables, timelines, priorities, and milestones of projects associated with development of the Consulting Services division.

Our Advisors use their knowledge of business areas in coordination with a team of consultants, developers and technical leads, to design and develop solutions that will meet both organizational goals/objectives and clients’ needs in a project environment. In this role the Advisor, Business Transformation & Digital Strategy will work with other Consulting Services team members to advise on business process improvements, technical implications, and on the resolution of complex problems in a dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities
Leadership:

  • Work with the Triware management team to refine our go to market strategy for consulting services
  • Lead/Assist in the development of methods, tools, artifacts and other enablers for quality and consistent engagement delivery

Opportunity Engagement:
Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including but not limited to:

  • Management of medium-sized bids
  • Significant technical contribution to large bids
  • Estimation of scope, time and effort
  • Manage Engagement Risk and Delivery

Consulting Services:

  • Advise clients on a variety of business process issues that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization’s capabilities. Use business process, organizational and technology capabilities and knowledge across client business units.
  • Team with client technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions.
  • Participate in engagement management, engagement execution and reporting, and client relationship building and management.
  • Preparation of deliverables defined by the client engagement

  • Strong understanding of the effective use of IT strategy in varying business environments
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a similar professional role
