SALES LEADER

Our company is growing, and we are looking for a self-motivated, sales-oriented individual to work as a Sales Leader with Training Works, knowledge of skills development and/or SaaS sales would be considered an asset. You will be an integral part of our team and we’re hoping you’ll grow along with us and eventually lead a team of sales professionals.

What do you do:

Identify leading edge tactics to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients and business relationships
Prospect for potential new clients locally, nationally, and internationally and turn this into increased business
Prepare responses to RFPs
Attend networking events and build relationship with a variety of partners and clients to develop lasting relationships

What do you need to succeed?

Minimum of 3-years’ experience in the corporate sales
High Energy and a team player
Create a sales plan that will lead to the achievement of client sales targets
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
Present ideas for business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff as our company grows
Strong capabilities to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Proactive and strategic approach to developing a customer base
Experience in proposal writing
Professional, Driven, High integrity sales-oriented individual
Strong research skills, market knowledge, analytical thinking and able to present clear, effective action plan
Provide friendly, consistent, knowledgeable, and professional customer service

Competitive Base Salary with commission
