As an SDR Manager you’ll lead and support a team that wants to help engineers work together more effectively. You’ll spend your days establishing best sales development practices, and coaching a team of high performing SDRs. For this role, you’ll need to be passionate about sales development, comfortable with creating processes from scratch, and able to coach team members through challenging situations.

  • Coach, build, and train a growing team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Support and define SDR performance metrics and clearly communicate performance expectations to team
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with each member of the SDR team
  • Create clear processes and systems based on sales development best practices
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to draft messaging and provide regular feedback on messaging and positioning
  • Utilize data to drive performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Propel organization revenue goals by owning the outbound pipeline
  • Help one of NL’s fastest-growing start-ups hit its revenue and growth goals by conducting activities that generate sales qualified leads
  • Leverage sales and marketing CRM tools, such as SalesLoft and SalesForce
  • Demonstrated success leading and managing a team of SDRs
  • Demonstrated experience prospecting into Enterprise level organizations for a complex, technical product
  • Experience working in a fast growing organization, bonus points if you’ve worked in an early-stage start-up
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and meeting targets in a high pressure environment
  • Process oriented and excited by new challenges
  • Passion for sales development and a desire to continuously improve
