Our rapid growth and continuing success mean we have an opening for an experienced and collaborative Graphic Designer to join our team.
You’ve got an eye for putting things together. You love to collaborate with other creatives to bring ideas to life. And you cringe at the thought of using Papyrus or Comic Sans on an asset. As a Graphic Designer for CoLab, you’ll be part of a small-but-mighty marketing team with the chance to play a big part in building CoLab’s brand.
The right person for this position should bring skills in graphic design and experience working collaboratively to solve marketing challenges, whether with an agency or an in-house team. You’ll be the go-to person for all things visual on our marketing team, working on concepts and collateral for a variety of campaigns and channels—paid ads, organic social, web content, documents, slide decks, and anything else that helps us hit our goals. You’ll need to be ready to test multiple ideas quickly and learn from campaign results rather than spending several weeks making an untested project pixel-perfect. Responsibilities:
  • Own design and production of creative across the website, paid and organic channels, and other marketing collateral
  • Work closely with content marketing, digital marketing, and copywriting to execute CoLab’s content strategy
  • Collaborate with the Product Design team to achieve consistency of brand design across marketing and product touch points
  • Create new, ready-to-launch ad creative, web design, and content
  • Design a range of collateral and materials such as sales and customer success documents, slide decks, digital / social campaigns, and internal resources
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, working together to hit business goals
  • Contribute to creative strategy for all of CoLab’s brand and marketing efforts
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience designing high-quality creative assets
  • Comfortable working in Figma
  • Experience creating ad content for paid social
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple projects
  • Willingness to dive into campaign performance data and interpret results
  • Experience with video editing and/or motion graphics would be an asset
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find ways to execute on ideas with limited resources or design constraints
  • Bonus points if you have experience using marketing performance data to inform creative strategies.
