We’re looking for a Junior Developer who’ll own CoLab’s strategy and development needs for business applications such as Salesforce, Pendo, and Pardot. From automating processes to easing data flows to facilitating better reporting, you’ll make decisions about how to best meet business needs and advise the team on best practices—continuously making sure everything works together as smoothly and smartly as possible.


Collaborate closely with CoLab’s Sales and Customer Success teams to map and connect data and to understand and analyze requirements, objectives, and processes to provide strategic solutions.
Build solutions and interfaces on the Salesforce platform using Apex, and create customized solutions that drive key business decisions.
Develop data integrations using Salesforce’s web services API and third party integration tools.
Act as a champion for data transformation and migration.
Maintain knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, and Pendo development best practices.
Complete QA, testing, and debugging; develop user documentation.
Prioritize requests for development work based on business needs.
Provide technical help and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance, occasionally training the team on new workflows and processes.


Education in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
Experience with SQL and related database technologies.
Proficient with JavaScript, React, Python or other object oriented languages.
Experience with Git workflow (pull requests, code reviews) and Pendo.
Passion for working in teams with emphasis on respect and continuous improvement.
Appetite to learn and consistently take on new challenges.
Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to take on and learn new systems and technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience working on SaaS, large-scale distributed systems would be considered an asset.
Bonus points if you have experience working with Apex or Salesforce!
