Job Title: Implementation & Support Analyst

Contract: Full-time for 25 weeks with the possibility of extension

Summary of the role:

Reporting to the Technical Lead/Project Manager, we are in search of an exceptional Implementation and Support Analyst. Our Implementation and Support Team helps customers launch and manage the ClearRisk platform within their organizations. The Implementation and Support Analyst will take ownership of the successful onboarding and adoption of ClearRisk’s RMIS product through customer implementation projects. They will be the customer’s go-to during onboarding, helping each customer reach their goals by using their technical skills, product knowledge and commitment to exceptional customer service.

ClearRisk Implementations typically involve the following:

  • System & User Configuration
  • Data Migration
  • Quality Assurance Testing
  • Facilitating customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • System Troubleshooting & Support
  • Mapping/Creating Workflows for Customers
  • Form development and UX/UI Design

This position requires collaboration with our customer success, project management, and product development teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze, plan, and execute customer data implementation and migration
  • Configure and test ClearRisk RMIS system for customer use-case including user access, module/functionality availability and automation
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Aid customers in platform adoption using product best practices, workflow creation, documentation and training
  • Work with customer product development departments, service providers and other third parties to troubleshoot and configure systems
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes to better serve customers
    Collaborate with project management to ensure project timelines are met
  • Aid in training and customer UAT exercises
    Any other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Information/Records Management, Information Systems, or an acceptable combination of education or relevant experience
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and theories to non-technical audiences
  • A high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of programming concepts, software development cycles and project management.
  • Experience working with and teaching others about enterprise software is an asset
  • Familiarity working with Salesforce CRM is highly preferred
  • Willingness to learn internal processes and industry best practices
  • Experience working with data (databases, Excel, etc.) is an asset
