What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute on marketing content strategy in collaboration with the sales and marketing team. Collateral includes but not limited to: blog posts, feature sheets, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, training videos, newsletters etc.
  • Act as the point person for ClearRisk’s website and other digital media platforms.
  • Own all content and copy creation for lead generation, digital and social media campaigns (e.g. outbound email, social media, SEM, AdWords).
  • Writing and designing corporate content – news and press releases, website copy, job ads.
  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency, reporting on engagement against marketing KPIs.
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the senior management team.
  • Present deliverables and overall performance at weekly huddles and monthly revenue meetings.
  • Own ClearRisk’s social media channels in terms of engaging with followers, prospects and partners (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others).
  • Organize events such as lunch & learns, and webinars.
  • Use Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Loomly, Hubspot and other applications to track and report marketing activities.

What you bring:

  • University degree or college diploma in marketing, business administration, or equivalent.
  • 3 years of direct experience in a similar marketing role
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of brand building and brand management
  • Basic graphic design skills and an eye for aesthetics in presentation materials
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines in a self-directed fashion
  • Proven ability to prepare marketing proposals with a blend of focused research, strategy and creativity
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
  • Demonstrates accountability and dependability
  • Has a strong work ethic and shows integrity in a team setting.
  • Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Premiere / any other video editor
  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, Unbounce, Canva and Loomly.
