Sheri Wicks is a Partner in McInnes Cooper’s St. John’s office. Sheri has a broad commercial practice, providing advice on issues ranging from general corporate matters to commercial and civil litigation. Her practice also involves extensive work with partnerships and joint ventures. With in-depth knowledge and experience working with indigenous peoples in Newfoundland and Labrador, Sheri advises with respect to establishing partnership agreements between Innu and non-Innu businesses.

Sheri is currently the Vice-Chair of the Bowring Park Foundation and a member of the Board of Governors for the Law Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador. For over ten years Sheri also served in various positions within the Executive Committee of the Newfoundland and Labrador Branch of the Canadian Bar Association, including a year as the Branch President.
