The strategy builds on a year-long ‘strategic dialogue’ with the cybersecurity and technology ecosystem of Israel and its world-renowned approach to converting technological obstacles into industrial innovation success. The COE would entail at its core:\n\nThe establishment of a Security Operations Centre (SOC), a sophisticated data monitoring and analytical system designed to protect digital assets of EH.
