Nominations have now opened for the techNL Board of Directors 2022-2023. All Regular Members in good standing are eligible to nominate candidates for election, and to stand for election. We are currently seeking nominations for the following vacancies:
Director: Up to three (3) positions are vacant; each position holds a two (2) year term. As well, one current Board Member is seeking a second term among the three vacant positions.

techNL is committed to achieving diversity in the composition of the Board of Directors, and as such, nominations are encouraged from all individuals, including those identifying as women and from underrepresented groups. We are also committed to achieving balance and a diversity of skills on the Board of Directors, so nominations are also encouraged for those at the Founder/CEO level with knowledge in the areas of:
- cyber security
- risk management
- legal expertise
- media relations
The Nomination Process
1. To nominate an eligible candidate, fill out the Nomination Form here.
2. Once a candidate has been nominated, the Nominee should fill out the Board Application Form here.
PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible for consideration as a member of the techNL Board, both the nominating organization and the nominee must both be a techNL regular member in good standing. Please confirm this prior to completing the Nomination Form/Board Application.
